Born in Milan, Italy, Bianca's family relocated to Sydney, Australia when she was just one year old. Her formative years in Sydney played a pivotal role in shaping her identity, providing her with a vibrant multicultural environment that she holds dear.

During her childhood, Bianca had the opportunity to spend a year in Lyon, France, where she and her sister fully immersed themselves in the language and culture. This experience ignited a lifelong passion for languages and a profound appreciation for diverse cultural encounters.

However, it was Bianca's Italian heritage that kindled her love for cuisine and culinary arts. Growing up in a family with a culinary legacy, including a pastry chef for a mother and a grandfather with a background in dietetics, she acquired the art of crafting delectable and nourishing meals. The fusion of Italian flavours and the wisdom of a Mediterranean diet significantly influenced her understanding of food as a source of both pleasure and sustenance.

Her journey led her to become a registered dietitian and nutritionist, allowing her to marry her knowledge of psychology with her deep affection for food and nutrition. She firmly believes in adopting a holistic approach to nutrition, recognising the individuality of each person's dietary needs and health objectives. There's no one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to nourishing the human body.

In her professional practice, Bianca advocates for the Mediterranean diet, a lifestyle that harmonises delightful and nutritious food with overall well-being. Additionally, she focuses on areas such as the connection between food and mood, healthy weight management devoid of restrictive measures, women's health and fertility, nutrition during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and nutritional management of menopause. Her objective is to offer practical guidance and empower her clients to discover joy and balance in their relationship with food.
